Wat is het verschil tussen een loodschroef en een kogelschroef?
Het fundamentele verschil tussen loodschroeven en kogelschroeven is dat een kogelschroeven kogellagers gebruiken om de wrijving tussen de moer en de schroef te elimineren en loodschroeven niet. ...loodschroeven maken gebruik van diepere spiraalvormige draden en een paringsnoot, die gewoonlijk van een polymeercomposit of brons is gemaakt.
Hoge snelheid:
Hoge positioneringsnauwkeurigheid: De nauwkeurigheid is gelijk aan de vereisten van JIS C3. Versnelling: meer dan 1,0 g (9,8 m/sec2) om te voorkomen dat de tijd tussen versnellen en vertragen duurt.
Zware stijfheid:
Geoptimaliseerd schroefprofiel en structuurontwerp. Zware belasting: Multi-load balverdeling ontwerp. Lage trillingsgeluid: Gebruik van de beste slanke verhouding en hoge snelheid circulatie om geluid te verlagen.

De efficiënte warmteoverdracht kan de thermische vervorming beperken en de stabiliteit verbeteren.
De eigen smeermiddelfunctie kan het smeermiddelverbruik verminderen en de milieuverontreiniging veroorzaakt door het weggooien van smeermiddelen verminderen.Het oplost ook het probleem dat smeermiddel dikker ongelijkmatig door vervorming van de oliefilm in spiraalpad.
